Due to a very high demand for this exciting new product release we ask for your patience as our Support Team works hard to reply to pre-order inquiries . . . as such, requests may take a little longer for response than normal. Thanks for bearing with us!
If there is a specific need or issue with your order, you can expect to hear directly from GoSun or our logistics partner EasyPost. Our logistics team is working to ensure ALL deliveries arrive by mid May (US Domestic orders) and end of May (International).
