In the spirit of giving, we are making all the stretch goals a reality, included with your pre-order. With production starting, we have to make decisions quickly to maintain our tight timeline. The GoSun Dial, although launched and developed late, is a sweet addition to this product and we could not live with charging you extra for it after the campaign.
International Shipping: We are aware that intl. shipping costs may be high for some locations. GoSun is not attempting to make money through shipping rates charged here. The true shipping and logistics costs are impossible to know until the product ships but, if we are saving more than the $45 charged for intl. shipping, we will send a refund to your Kickstarter account. We've done this in the past and Kickstarter makes it very easy.
It's too complex for us to sort shipping rates for every nation and charge the exact estimated rate (oxymoron). In summary, there's a possibility that international shipping costs will decrease when everything is processed (shipped to you) and you'll get a small refund. We will do our best to work the logistics between us and a GoSun Go on your doorstep.

Orient Toward the Sun
Check out the solar-mapping magic of the GoSun Dial. The design was inspired by the Solar Pathfinder, which allows solar energy professionals to project the pathway of the sun in order to pinpoint the optimal location and positioning of solar devices. The GoSun Dial is unique because it not only facilitates proper alignment, it also allows you to anticipate how much sunlight you will have simply by looking down at the sky.
What happens after the campaign?
You should expect to see charges on your provided payment method shortly after the end of the campaign. Also, keep an eye on your Kickstarter and email inboxes. In a couple weeks, we’ll be sending you an important follow-up survey where you’ll confirm your pledge amount and reward as well as provide some additional information. Then just sit back, relax and stay tuned to our updates! We’ll take it from there.
In the following months, we’ll keep you in the loop as we move through manufacturing towards fulfillment. With three successful Kickstarter campaigns under our belt, we feel confident in our ability to handle any obstacles that may come our way. Anything newsworthy- you backers will be the first to know.
